This Privacy Policy describes how Creade ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and handles information in connection with our internal automation tools and services, including the Creade Manus Automation application registered on the Meta Developer Platform.

Scope

The Creade Manus Automation application is an internal business tool used exclusively by Creade and its authorised team members to manage advertising campaigns on behalf of client businesses via the Meta Marketing API. This application does not collect, store, or process data from end users or members of the public.

Data We Access

• Through the Meta Marketing API, our application accesses the following data solely for the purpose of creating and managing paid advertising campaigns:

• Ad account information (account IDs, campaign structure, ad performance data)

• Facebook Page and Instagram account identifiers

• Audience data (custom audience IDs created and owned by the client)

• All data accessed is owned by the respective client business and is used only to carry out agreed advertising management services.

Data Storage

We do not store Meta user data on external servers. API credentials (access tokens) are stored securely and used only for authorised campaign management operations. Tokens are never shared with third parties.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share any data accessed through this application with any third party. Data is used exclusively for the internal purpose of managing advertising campaigns on behalf of our clients.

User Rights

As this application does not collect personal data from end users, there are no user-facing data rights to exercise. Clients wishing to revoke access may do so at any time by removing the application from their Meta Business Manager.
